  • Oversee staff of 25 students to maintain operations for in-person and online tutoring sessions

  • Lead events/workshops across campus on writing-related goals

  • Maintain our online presence through website, social media platforms, and writing resources

  • Interview students based on survey responses

  • Read through student essays and evaluate using the Communicating Through Writing rubric
